The McMaster Health Forum is holding an interactive workshop for students interested in health system strengthening and supporting evidence-informed policymaking. Students will learn the steps of evidence-informed policymaking, explore the best available research evidence available on a topic of their choosing, and learn how to use Health Systems Evidence – the world’s most comprehensive free access point for high-quality evidence to support strengthening or reforming health systems. Attendees will also benefit from the expertise of renowned researchers and facilitators who run similar workshops for governments and international agencies, and the opportunity to network with others who share an interest in policy development.
